Yat-sen scientific industrial park of TEDA(YSP for abbreviation) was established in 1993 and approved by Tianjin municipal government in 1996. The park was governed by TEDA administration committee, enterprises operate in YSP enjoy the same preferential policies and tax as those operated in TEDA. All their preferential rights were guaranteed by state or local laws and rules.
